There's nothing a teacher treasures more than to see a pupil succeed.”

To do well in French,

you need to be determined and ready to overcome the obstacles which will inevitably come your way. Remember that when you were a baby,  you did not communicate in long big sentences, you talked like, umm, like a baby! You learnt your own language by repeating what you heard people say to you. That is what you have to do when you first start learning a foreign language, don’t be afraid to make mistakes and be prepared to do lots of repetition. Above all, do not take yourself too seriously and enjoystudying the language of another culture which happens to be very close, geographically speaking but yet, very different.
